You get it in writing before you commit to anything — an itemised fixed quote within five working days, and a programme with real dates in the contract. Not a ballpark, and not “we’ll see how we go.”
Every quote is itemised line by line — labour, materials, plant, waste — so you can see what you are paying for and cut anything you do not want.
Single and double storey. Most need permitted development rather than full planning — we tell you which at the site visit.
We check head height and joist depth on the first visit. If the loft will not make a legal room, we say so before you spend anything.
Whole-house or room by room. If you are living in it while we work, we phase it so you keep a kitchen and a bathroom throughout.
Also available as a subcontract package if you are running the job yourself or through your own architect.

Within 3 working days
We measure up, look at access and drainage, and tell you on the day if something in your plan will not work. No charge, no sales pitch.
Fixed price
An itemised quote: labour, materials, plant hire, waste. One price per line so you can see what you are paying for and cut what you do not want.
Before any money moves
A written contract with the dates, the payment stages and what happens if either of us is late. You get the programme before you pay a deposit.
First day on site
Pegs, string lines and the footprint marked on the ground. You walk it with us and confirm it is right before a spade goes in.
Typical for an extension
Groundwork, structure, first fix, plaster, second fix. Photos every Friday and a site contact who answers the phone.
Building control included
You write the snagging list, we work through it, and we hand over the building control completion certificate and the guarantees.
Off siteOn site at your house
Extensions, lofts, kitchens, bathrooms and landscaping. Every photograph here is a job we built ourselves — some finished, some still in progress.
A rough idea is enough to start. We will call you back within one working day, and if it looks like a job for us we will come and measure up — usually within three days, at no cost.
